Letter to my Broker

"Dear Ms. Daniels
I am writing to you today regarding Mr. Leonard Kirkuff. After having three negative experiences with real estate agents from another company, a business associate recommended Mr. Kirkuff to me. I called Mr. Kirkuff and left him a message asking him to return my call. Within 30 minutes, Mr Kirkuff called me and we scheduled an appointment.
We met the following evening at your office. Mr Kirkuff was pleasant, informative, supportive, and interested in my situation. I was concerned about finding a home because my home in Brick, NJ was already under contract witha tentative closing date of February 28,2002. Time was running out. Mr Kirkuff and I discussed where I wanted to live and why. He understood my money issues. Never did he make me feel that I was not able to purchase a home. Mr Kirkuff recommended I meet with Mr. John Quinn of Chase Manhattan Bank.
Over the next several weeks, Mr Kirkuff scanned his computer daily to find a townhouse in my price range and in the area I wanted to live. he would call me and take me to see just one property, if that was all there was to look at. Mr kirkuff would call me even when there was nothing new to see, but to assure me that he was still searching and we would find a house soon.
Finally as time got very tight, Mr Kirkuff suggested that I widen my search area. I agreed, and Mr Kirkuff found new listings for me to look at. Then, finally, the listing for the townhouse came up. He made sure I was among the first to see it and get a bid on it. The owners accepted the bid and we were on our way.
These are just the basic facts of how things happened. What I have left out of the above is all the telephone calls I made to Mr. Kirkuff to get his opinion on situations that were presenting themselves in the sale of my home in Brick. Unfortunately, the agent that was handling my sale was less than involved after I had signed the listing paperwork. But Mr Kirkuff was there, calming me down, guiding me through both the sale and the purchase. Without Mr Kirkuff, I would not have had a knowledgable and support person on my side during this very trying time.
Even the other professionals that Mr Kirkuff recommended from my financing to my home inspections were, without a doubt, great to work with, knowledgeable, and very supportive. Each provided excellent service and coordinated well with each other and my attorney. Mr Kirkuff reviewed each piece of the process before it was passed on to to me. His concern for me was comforting.
Ms. Daniels, I could go on and on about how great an experience it has been meeting and working with Mr Kirkuff but I won't. I'll say THANK YOU! for having a gentleman like Mr. Leonard Kirkuff on your staff. he is an outstanding person. a great real estate agent, and a new friend. And you can bet that if someone asks me if I know a good real estate agent, I will tell them no, I know a great one, Mr Leonard Kirkuff.
