Len Kirkuff holds an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Mercer County Community College, a Bachelors Degree in Air Commerce from Florida Institute of Technology, as well as a GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), received his brokers license in 1987. Len is also a licensed pilot and was a commercial pilot and flight instructor, and worked as an operating engineer on Conrail before becoming a realtor.

Len Kirkuff is a member of the Mercer County Distinguished Sales Club, having achieved NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club for over ten years.
Len has been a consistent member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, and recieved numerous education awards from the Mercer County Board of Realtors.
Len is the current chairman of the Grievance Committee for the Mercer County Board of Realtors, and past chairman of the RPAC (Realtors Political Action Committee).
